As some you may know, there is a Mesa biome accessible form Mushroom. I think that the Mesa Biome would be a good place to build another city/order. However, in order to have a city/town to be possible, The mesa biome needs to flat. If you like to help to clear out the biome, let me know as soon as possible.

The mesa biome that you can get to from mushroom is in the regen world, otherwise known as /mine
It'll be gone along with any town you build there in a couple of weeks when the regen is regenerated.
There is a couple of mesa's in Pandora, there's one with a town built already at around 10000 8000 for instance.
