I'm not gonna drag on this whole "Veteran" situation on and on, on this post. But I would just like to say that some people try exceptionally hard to get the Veteran rank and I don't agree that building a city would increase your stock value. Many people, including me, are working for the Veteran rank everyday so.... Yeh
