I do help, yes most of us stay in donor chat.
We would either switch channels or use /me
I think the most of the latest batch of vtns do help alot..

Well Pure I would defintley beg to differ. Whenever I'M on they don't say anything. Do they just hate me, so they don't talk in Global, when I'm on?
Well, I just need to be on more to see them do this so called "helping", because they never do it for me.

I will try to talk more in global, most of the time i am building a lot. And lets just face it, donor chat is more fun. I will now start trying to stay out of donor chat. Because I see it as a problem too.

Ok so after reading all this i will post my idea (as someone like kieran who has been here a long time but doesn't talk a awful lot). I think the vtn+ should come up with a list of names and then together vote until you get either the top 2 or 3 candidates. Then those candidates are posted on her and the whole community is allowed to vote on who the want. Now for the fact of having to many vtns I think we should only a add 1 new vtn a month unless either 1.the majority of the community disagrees 2. That more then one candidate is highly favored like Player1 53% player2 47%. 3. That a former vtn position is vacated (however it may be either promotion,demotion,inactivity etc.) then that would trigger a new vote right then and there to replace him or her.
I think this is a relatively good system. What do you guys think?
