spawn shops IN THE N.C.

WELL I WAS WONDERING...2 THINGS can i have a spawn shop and can somebody post the rules on this page to what is required to have one.. (ie.payment.ect.)
This shouldn't go under project forums unless you are making this yourself, other wise if you are asking something about a spawn shop:
#1-There is no more open
#2-Same rules as the ones in the OC
#3-If you have a question about the spawn shops either ask Arjan in-game, or post this in the Help and FAQs section
(I'd suggest asking him in-game because there is no point for one question like this)
Can a mod now move or Archive this?
